DoShitNow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information you provide. The waitlist collects your mobile number, confirmation that you are at least 18, your optional choice to receive launch texts, the time and wording of that choice, and a short campaign source code when present. If you join through a friend's link, we record a pseudonymous referral connection. If texting is enabled, we also record send attempts, provider message IDs, and STOP or START requests so we can honor your choice.
Security data. The signup service keeps a keyed hash of the request IP address to limit abuse. It does not store the raw IP address or phone number in its database; phone numbers are encrypted before storage. Server access logs for signup requests are disabled.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If texting is enabled later, Telnyx may process opted-in numbers solely to deliver our messages and handle opt-outs. We may disclose information when legally required.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Your phone number is never sent to Google.
The waitlist form does not set tracking cookies.
Opt-in is optional and is not required to join the waitlist. If you opt in, we may send DoShitNow launch and early-access updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. When texts begin, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not text numbers marked as not consented.
Active waitlist records, send-attempt metadata, and delivery receipts are removed after one year unless removed sooner after a verified request. Signed provider event IDs are removed after 90 days. A keyed text opt-out marker is kept so a later web signup cannot silently undo STOP. A signed START text clears a provider STOP marker; a manual no-text request stays in place until a verified removal request. Encrypted daily backups have a 30-day lifecycle, followed by up to 35 days of Azure soft-delete retention. The waitlist does not transfer your number to the app's account database.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The waitlist and planned app are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.
